The start lists for the USA Swimming National Open Water Championship 10K and 5K events are now posted on the Event Page.  The events are being held at Miromar Lakes, FL (Ft. Myers), and hosted by Gulf Coast Swim Team (GCST).

Coaches & FL Chartered Clubs, Over the past few weeks, I have received multiple questions regarding the 4-hour rule for 12 & under swimmers (USA Swimming rule 205.3.1(F), FS Rule 233.5). I would like to clarify the rule, and hopefully answer any questions that have arisen, or may arise in the future. The Florida Swimming Open Water All-Star Team rosters have been released.  The rosters and meet information can be viewed on the OW All-Star Page, and the Event Page.  Team itinerary will be released soon. The FS All-Star Team will compete against the Florida Gold Coast All-Stars at Miromar Lakes, FL on April 28th.
