Florida Swimming has updated Athlete, Coach, Officials, and Others rosters.   The Short Course Top 10 lists have also been updated. Member Rosters Top 10 Times

Each year, USA Swimming recognizes its members who excel both in the classroom and in the pool. The Scholastic All-America Team is made up of high school student-athletes who have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher and who have achieved the required time standard in a single event. To be eligible for this recognition, swimmers must have completed 10th, 11th or 12th grade and must be a USA Swimming member athlete.   Applications for the 2012 Florida Zone Team are now available on the Zone Team Page. The team will compete in the Southern Zone Age Group Championships on July 31st through August 5th. GAINESVILLE, Florida, April 27. FORMER UCLA men's swimming coach Ron "Stix" Ballatore passed away earlier today from complications due to his battle with throat and bone cancer, various sources have confirmed with Swimming World. He was 71 years old. Ballatore coached many Olympic gold medalists and world record holders including Brian Goodell, Bill Barrett, Robin Leamy, Bruce Hayes and Tom Jager during his coaching career. One of Ballatore's pinnacle moments during his coaching career came in 1982 when he led the UCLA Bruins to the 1982 NCAA Division I Championships....

Gulf Coast Swim Team won the Team Titile in the 2012 Florida Swimming Open Water Championships held on April 28, 2012 at Miromar Lakes, FL.  West Florida  Lightning Aquatics  finished 2nd, and Bolles School Sharkes finished 3rd.   2012 All-Star Challenge results pending

The Florida Swimming Open Water All-Star Team, and the Florida Gold Coast Open Water All-Star Team will meet at Miromar Lakes for a practice session, and clinic with USA Swimming National Team Member Claire Thompson.  They will then be treated to a pasta dinner at Miromar Lakes Beach Club.
