2010 Bud & Irene Hackett Scholarship Award Florida Swimming will present two $1,000.00 awards to one male and one female Florida Swimming/USA Swimming athlete member, in 2010. Athlete Protection Policies, Reporting Procedure Top Agenda at USA Swimming and Child Welfare League of America Meeting                     COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. –  Building on the national partnership announced a week ago, USA Swimming and the Child Welfare League of America held a joint working session in Colorado Springs today. They were reviewed by the Rules & Regulations Committee during its meeting in June 2010 and each item includes the Committee’s tentative recommendations.
