REMINDER TO MEET HOSTS AND MEET COMPUTER OPERATORS

After your swim meet, produce your own .pdf of the results from Meet Manager (your team name will show on the results page as the host), and the Meet Results File (.hy3) for posting. 

Send  the above files along with a full backup file of the meet to the Florida Swimming Office.

If you send your own .pdf file, we prefer them to be in "publication" order and 2 or 3 column.

Please use the  Transmittal of Funds Form when sending in your Meet Fees payment to the Florida Swimming Office.
