SZ AGE GROUP CHAMPS REPORT

The Florida Zone team competed in Greenville SC last week and Team Florida finished 2^nd out of 13 team entered into the Southern Zone meet.  Team Captains were Lindsey Trematerra and Max Bungert, they led Team Florida to some phenomenal swimming..  Both the Senior men and women won their age groups.  Winner of individual events were:

Kaitlyn Cronin 50 Free & 50 Back

Abi Burke 100 Free

Lindsey Trematerra 100 Free

McKenna Harris 100 Breast

Robert Finke 1500 Free

William McKinney 50 Fr (Jr Nat)

Team Florida had 42 swimmers make back finals and score points for the team!

The Florida Zone Coaches and captains voted Swimmer CJ Volz as the swimmer of the meet CJ’s swimming and team spirit were an inspiration to us all!

Team Florida Won the Open water Event on Sunday morning with 24 swimmers placing in the top 8 of their division.
