BACKGROUND CHECK RENEWALS FOR ALL 2013 USA-S NON-ATHLETE MEMBERS

The first wave of background checks will expire in January 2013. The cost for renewing a Level 1 or Level 2 is
$19.00. There is a new link for renewing background checks. It is the same for Level 1 and Level II. People who
want to renew and who don't use that link will pay $39 for a Level 2 check. Refunds will not be an option. You may
renew early, but the new background check will expire 24 months from the month in which you do the renewal
check, not 24 months from the date when your initial check expires. FYI: Acxiom is now called Sterling InfoSystems.
Some new coaches are signing up for the renewal BGC instead of the initial Level II BGC. Their renewal BGC will not
auto-match to their USA-S member record. Below is the link for those coaches, to convert their renewal BGC to
the initial Level II BGC and pay the difference only:
