Outreach Meet Fee Reimbursement Information

Coaches:

Please ensure that you submit requests for meet fee reimbursements for eligible Outreach Athletes that swam with your club over the past year.  Meet fee reimbursements provide

a tremendous opportunity to encourage continued participation in swimming and in meets.  We’ve had a significant increase in the number of Outreach Athletes within FL Swimming over the past year; now we  need to make sure that we’re maximizing utilization of benefits.   

Requests for meet fee reimbursements can be made for up to $150 per eligible athlete (must have completed the Outreach application w/attached verification that they qualify based on the free/reduced lunch or receives other qualifying assistance).  You can find the reimbursement form on the FL Swimming Website under “ Diversity”

Requests for reimbursements must be submitted to Helen at the FL Swimming, Inc. office.
