OLYMPIC MEDALISTS RYAN LOCHTE, NATHAN ADRIAN, KARA LYNN JOYCE TO COMPETE IN THE 2010 AT&T SHORT COURSE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS, DEC. 2-4

Top swimmers in the country, including Olympians Ryan Lochte (Daytona Beach, Fla.), Nathan Adrian (Bremerton, Wash.) and Kara Lynn Joyce (Ann Arbor, Mich.), will compete at the 2010 AT&T Short Course National Championships, December 2-4, at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion at The Ohio State University.
Both Lochte and Adrian took home gold medals this summer at the 2010 Mutual of Omaha Pan Pacific Championships and will compete in Columbus for short course national championship titles. Additional U.S. National Team swimmers competing at Short Course Nationals include Olympians Matt Grevers (Lake Forest, Ill.) Julia Smit (Mt. Sinai, N.Y.), Mike Alexandrov (Champaign, Ill.), Jessica Hardy (Long Beach, Calif.) and Missy Franklin (Centennial, Colo.).
A large contingent of The Ohio State University swim team will also compete, including National Team swimmers Elliott Keefer (Cincinnati, Ohio) and Tim Phillips (Vienna, W. Va.).
The meet will follow the traditional schedule of morning prelims and evening finals with the morning sessions starting each day at 9 a.m. Evening finals begin at 5 p.m. Five to seven events will be contested daily.
Footage from the meet will air nationally on NBC on Saturday, December 11 from 3 – 4 p.m. ET. All three days of prelims and finals will also be webcast on swimnetwork.com.
