Jr. Nats Day 1: 3 records fall on 1st night

 

 

Meet records fell in four of the six events contested Monday at the 2010 Speedo Junior National Championships in Irvine, Calif. Breaking records were Jasmin Tosky in the women’s 200m butterfly, Andrea Kropp in the women’s 200m breaststroke, Matt Elliott in the men’s 200m breaststroke and Lauren Driscoll in the women’s 800m freestyle.

 

 

 

 

After day 1, The Woodlands Swim Team leads the field in combined team scoring with 41 points. The Sarasota YMCA Sharks (38 points) and Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics (34 points) rounds out the top three.
