Posted: July 6, 2010 - 2010 Bud & Irene Hackett Scholarship Award - Florida Swimming will present two $1,000.00 awards to one male and one female Florida Swimming/USA Swimming athlete member, in 2010. If you know of a student/athlete member you believe deserves and meets the criteria please have them fill out the enclosed form and return it by July 13, 2010. The awards committee will review the applications and announce the recipient Saturday, July 24, during the “2010 Long Course Senior Championship” being held at Sarasota YMCA, Sarasota, Florida.

Posted: February 27, 2010 - FS Junior Athlete Rep Elected- Florida Swimming's athletes held their annual election for the Junior Athlete Representative to the FS Board of Directors today at the Spring Senior Champiuonship Meet. Emma Volz of the Carrollwood Village Swim Team was elected to serve on the Board for a two-year term.
