Here you will find information for Meet Managers.
Please use the following procedures when hosting a meet.
- Submit your Meet Letter and Events File (hyv) to the Florida Office by e-mail in word.doc format for sanctioning.
- Both files must be submitted together for website posting.
- After the meet, submit the Meet Backup File, the Meet Results.zip file, and a Results.pdf file to the Florida Office.
- Submit your fees due to the office using a Transmittal of Funds form with payment.
